My husband (a veteran) and I are in our seventies, and Owen has been helping us with our technical devices for a few years now — from setting up a new computer and new phones to smart watches and TVs. He has also introduced us to having a "smart home" by setting up lights that can be turned on and off inside and outside our house using our phones and our Alexa device.

Owen is a very knowledgeable and pleasant young man to work with; he is our "technology guru" for sure. Most importantly, Owen is extremely patient working with seniors. He explains everything step by step and even writes the instructions down for you to refer back to.

I am a senior citizen who was in need of technical help purchasing and setting up my new iPhone, computer and office printer. Luckily for me, I came across Owen. Beginning at the Apple store, he guided me in selecting the best products for my needs. He then ordered them online, had them delivered to me, set them up in my home, cleaned my old electronics, boxed them up and returned them for recycling! The entire process was quick and painless and probably took about an hour for each device. Owen is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of tech. He is quick to do research and shares tech articles which he feels might be helpful. Owen is a “tech genius." I feel most fortunate to have connected with him. I will definitely be contacting him in the future for all my technical needs. What a find!!!

Recently, I contacted Owen again, to discuss how I might turn my house into a “smart home.” He very patiently guided through my many options. He helped me purchase several “smart plugs,” along with two new “smart” thermostats. He synced these new devices to my iPhone. I am proud to say I can now control lights and heat from my iPhone and from wherever I might be. I will never again come home to a cold, dark house. Thank you, Owen.

Owen guided my wife and me through the purchase and setup of our new iPhones (12 and 13 Pro).
