Can I still use your services if I don't live near you?
Yes, I can work with you by phone or on a video call.
What technology brands do you work with?
I'm knowledgeable with all brands, especially Apple. Some of the brands I've used with my clients include Samsung, Google, Nest, Amazon, Simplisafe, Kasa, Philips, Epson, and HP.
Where do you meet your clients?
I am very flexible with the locations that I can meet my clients! If you are relatively close to me, we can meet at your house or another location, such as a certain technology store. If you live farther away, we may still be able to discuss your questions in person or a call.
What if I have questions or issues after you help me set up a new device?
You are welcome to call, text, or email me after we've wrapped up our first meeting!
How much do you charge for your services?
My services are completely free for senior citizens and veterans!
What if I'm not a senior citizen or veteran?
Contact me and we can work something out! I do offer for-profit services for those who are not senior citizens or veterans.
I'm concerned about COVID-19. What practices do you follow to be safe?
I am fully vaccinated and boosted, and I always wear an N-95 mask when I meet with my clients. I am happy to meet outside if that works best for you.
